The Planning Board on Sept. 17 deemed the Port Plaza site-plan application complete and moved it to the Oct. 15 public hearing, with Chair Donna Zammit and Mayor Peter Guindi recusing from that agenda item. During the recusals Cynthia Wilk chaired the discussion; counsel Donna Jennings told the board the applicant received the engineer and planner reports and requested limited checklist waivers.
Both board consultant planner Todd Bletcher and engineer Bruce Koch stated the submission could be deemed complete subject to outstanding comments; the board carried File PB#2024-04 to Oct. 15 for public hearing. The record shows the two recusals were noted on the motion and recorded in the roll call.
