At the Dec. 9 meeting the Maroa‑Forsyth C.U.S.D. 2 Board approved its consent agenda in a single vote. The motion, made by Susie Conway and seconded by Jill Feinstein, passed 4‑0 and covered approval of prior meeting minutes (regular and closed sessions and a strategic planning session), the financial report and bills, destruction of closed‑session audio older than 18 months, a Declaration of Excess Property, an approved volunteer list, and the hiring of Andrea Morris as a part‑time nighttime custodian and bus driver.
Board members did not separate any consent items for additional discussion. Susie Conway served as Board Secretary for the night in Paul Lidy’s absence, as recorded in the meeting minutes.
