Rocksprings ISD board approves consent agenda and March bills

Sondee Moreno moved to approve the consent agenda and Ray G. Franco seconded; the motion passed 7-0. The Board also approved payment of bills for March 1–31, 2026 on a motion from Moreno seconded by Franco, with a 7-0 vote.
Board members said the approvals were routine financial housekeeping that allow district operations to continue while staff complete more detailed budget work. The Board returned from closed session at 7:15 P.M., after which the financial items were finalized and recorded.
