The Maroa-Forsyth board moved into executive session at 8:07 p.m. on Oct. 14 for the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, dismissal or performance of specific employees (Section 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)) and for student disciplinary cases (Section 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(10)).
