The board voted unanimously to enter a services agreement with Nania Energy Advisors to obtain bids aimed at securing more favorable energy pricing for the district.
The motion, moved by Susie Conway and seconded by Jill Feinstein, passed 6–0. Under the agreement, Nania Energy Advisors will solicit competitive proposals on the district’s behalf; the agreement authorizes the district to pursue cost-saving energy procurement options but does not itself commit to a vendor until a later procurement action.
