Trustee Dana Miller summarized Legal/Ordinance Committee items at the March 3 meeting: Village Engineer Tim Pruett said the Coffee Pot zoning variances are being advanced and that a Combined Planning & Zoning Board meeting is scheduled for March 11 to consider them. Pruett also reported he met with new owners of Old Mill Storage and that the Murphy-Reiss Project plans have been approved and are being readied to begin work.
The committee reported a St. Clair County IGD grant application for sidewalks and handicap access ramps has a March 11 deadline; residents and stakeholders interested in those grant-funded accessibility improvements should note the application timeline. No final variances or permits were recorded as approved during the March 3 meeting; the March 11 planning session will include further consideration.
