Stauffacher then moved, seconded by Crist, to nominate Nick Zuberbuhler as vice president; that nomination also closed to a unanimous ballot. Separately, Hermanson moved, seconded by Stauffacher, to nominate Stacy Gratz as board clerk, and Stauffacher moved, seconded by Zuberbuhler, to nominate Jeff Riechers as board treasurer. All motions "carried" as recorded in the minutes.
