Royse City ISD recognizes science fair, Stock Market Game, dual-credit and volleyball students

At its Feb. 12 meeting, Royse City ISD recognized winners of the district science fair, The Stock Market Game, students named to East Texas A&M University Dean's and President's Lists, and All-District volleyball honorees.
Multiple student achievements were celebrated at the Royse City ISD Board meeting on Feb. 12. Science Fair coordinators Tayla Wallis and Shelli Holmes recognized the district's science fair winners, and teachers Rebekah Crenshaw, Tayla Wallis and Candace Cronkhite recognized winners of The Stock Market Game sponsored by The SIFMA Foundation.
Royse City High School Principal Scott Merry and House Principal David Trevino recognized RCHS students who earned Dean's List and President's List honors from East Texas A&M University. Head Volleyball Coach Amanda Gonzales recognized players who received All-District recognition; board members praised the students and staff for both academic and athletic achievements. "She loves the student recognition," Trustee Cindi Jobe said, commenting on the breadth of recognition across grade levels.
