Gina Welsh, speaking on behalf of the district, thanked the McGuire Family Law Firm and family members Clint, Natalie, Jeff and Amanda McGuire for generous donations supporting teachers and staff; the district presented them with a banner of appreciation. The recognition was recorded in the minutes during the Sept. 15 meeting.
The board also recognized Employees of the Month for September across multiple schools and departments, naming individuals such as Brendan Palermo, D'Lisa Dyson Kubacak, Jana Butler, Catherine Nabours, Trinity Tuttle, and others in the minutes.
