President Phyllis Almond presided; the motion to approve the order was made by board member Ethan Blood and seconded by board member Nadine Williams and passed with five yeas, zero nays and two members absent.
Board members noted that the Region 5 Board of Directors also canceled its election because three positions ran unopposed.
