Comal County proclaims May 2025 Community Action Month; local Council accepts recognition

I'm here serving on the board of Community Council of South Central Texas." He noted the council’s programs — including utility assistance, rental assistance and weatherization — and said the agency serves 32 South Central Texas counties.
Chapa thanked the commissioners, the parks department and local deputies for support and encouraged residents to engage with the council’s services.
