"Motion to approve the annual evaluation of Superintendent," moved by Sandra Licon and seconded by Myrna Hernandez, passed with all trustees recorded as voting yea. The record shows the board conducted evaluation discussion, much of which occurred in executive session under Texas Government Code provisions before returning to open session to record the vote.
The agenda included a separate item to consider amending the superintendent's employment contract (item 5.C), but the transcript notes that no action was taken on that item. The board also announced there would be no regular meeting in December and set the next regular meeting for Jan. 14, 2026.
