Survey mailing missed PO boxes; committee to reprint and follow up
Summary
The committee found the recent EDDM mailing omitted PO boxes (about 504 letter-carrier addresses delivered, with 190 PO box deliveries missed); members will reprint 200 flyers, follow up with the post office, and provide paper options at the library and community events.

Committee members reported that the recent community survey mailing reached many households but apparently failed to deliver to PO boxes. Members had arranged an Every Door Direct Mail run for 504 physical addresses; afterward staff discovered that an additional set of 190 PO box deliveries had not been printed or submitted due to a website setting and payment option.
Sam agreed to contact the post office (Michelle) to clarify what happened and to obtain updated delivery counts; the committee asked Lynette to print an additional 200 copies to cover post office boxes and extras for town distribution. "When I went to the post office, I asked about the EDDM... and she said, yeah, we didn't have enough of them to put into the PO boxes themselves," one committee member reported. Members also discussed posting reminders online, placing survey bookmarks on library computers, and offering help at community events for residents who need assistance completing an online survey.
