Raymondville ISD CFO reports $3.59 million tax levy, $2.99 million in investments

Chief Financial Officer David Longoria presented the district's tax-collection and financial reports during the Raymondville ISD Board of Trustees' Nov. 10 meeting. He reported a tax levy of $3,587,608 and that $574,359—16.00% of the levy—was collected in October 2025. He also said the district's total investments stood at $2,993,056.69 and reviewed the investment portfolio, revenues and expenditures through Oct. 31, 2025.
The presentation included a list of operating checks for October and was delivered as part of the Superintendent's conference presentation. The board received the report as informational; the financial items were part of the consent agenda that the board approved earlier in the meeting. The district did not present additional narrative or follow-up questions on the collection rate during the meeting.
