"I make a motion to approve the consent items with the correction to the utilities paid spreadsheet as discussed," Duggan said when making the motion. The board recorded yeas from Phillip Burley, Nancy Duggan, James Moeller, Drew Sloan, Michael Wagner and Catherine Yates; Bobby Bridges was absent.
Board minutes show the correction to the utilities spreadsheet was discussed before the vote but do not specify the dollar amount or line items changed. No public comments were offered on the consent items. The board's formal tally was recorded as "Yea: 6, Nay: 0, Absent: 1."
