Commissioners approve $2,729 change order to rename Goodwin Annex 'Churchill Annex'

The court approved the change order, with staff noting the cost to add the letters is $2,729. Staff said they plan to remount the historic marker on a pedestal near the site after construction and to include the story in the new building’s lobby. "Our recommendation today is to approve this change order and, designate the building as Churchill Annex," County staff said during the presentation.
