Select Board appoints representatives to planning, buildings and infrastructure committees

The board appointed Steve Saunders to the comprehensive-plan committee, Tom to the buildings committee, and Hazel Stevenson as the select board’s representative to the infrastructure committee for FY26–27; the appointments were made by motion and approved.
At the July 21 meeting, the Select Board made several non‑voting appointments to town committees. Committee-member motions filled the select board’s representative slots for the upcoming fiscal year.
A motion appointed Steve Saunders as the board’s representative to the comprehensive-plan committee; the motion passed. Board members then appointed Tom as the select board representative to the buildings committee for FY26–27. Later the board moved to appoint Hazel Stevenson to serve as the select board representative on the infrastructure committee for FY26–27. Each motion was seconded and carried by the board.
These appointments are non‑voting, facilitating roles: representatives are expected to act as liaisons and report back to the select board as committees request guidance or as RFPs and priorities develop.
