The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Gluckstadt met April 28, 2026. Commissioners voted to approve the minutes of the March 24, 2026 meeting; the motion to approve was made by Commissioner Kayce Saik and seconded by Commissioner Katrina Myricks and carried unanimously by all present commissioners.
The commission also voted unanimously to recommend that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen approve a site plan amendment for The Oaks Memory Care at 654 Calhoun Station Parkway, which proposes an 11,000-square-foot addition and retention pond adjustments. Commissioner Kayce Saik moved the recommendation; Commissioner Phillips King seconded. Commissioner Phillips King later moved to adjourn; Commissioner Andrew Duggar seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
