Trustee Kenneth Fisher moved and Trustee Bo Hoffman seconded adoption of the new vision and mission statement; the motion passed unanimously. Separately, Trustee James de Garavilla moved and Trustee Kenneth Rulon seconded adoption of the proposed update to FM(LOCAL); that motion also passed unanimously. The meeting minutes do not include the text of the vision/mission statement or the FM(LOCAL) policy language.
