Kristi Miranda, Director of Federal and State Accountability, presented an overview of the Seguin ISD 2024–25 Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) and other required accountability information. She outlined the components required by Texas Education Code § 39.053 and answered board questions during the public hearing portion of the meeting.
Miranda told trustees that an electronic copy of the report is available on the district website and on the TEA website at the locations recorded in the minutes. The presentation included the PEIMS Financial Standard Report, district accreditation status, a report on violent and criminal incidents, progress toward campus performance objectives, and the district's progress toward House Bill 3 goals.
Board members asked clarifying questions and received the presentation during the public hearing; the minutes reference the statutory requirement for the annual report and provide the web links where full details can be found.
