Seminole ISD trustees review financial reports and approve certified taxable values

District leadership presented the board with routine financial and operational reports covering the balance sheet, expenditures, revenues, investments, tax collections, transportation, new-hire contracts, construction updates and upcoming TASB Conference information. "The board received reports on balance sheet, expenditures, revenues, investments, tax collections, transportation, contracts issued to new hires, construction update and information on the upcoming TASB Conference," the minutes say.
Trustees later approved the 2025 certified taxable property values as submitted by the Gaines County Appraisal District. Lance Wright moved to approve the certified values; Sean Decker seconded. The recorded outcome for the motion was 6-0.
