Two quotes were presented and trustees voted to accept PEAT’s proposal: $444,890.00 for property, liability and auto coverage and $7,872.00 for internet-based liability. Cynthia Perez moved to approve the policies as presented; Mason Martinez seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The board did not record extended discussion about coverages or exclusions in open session. The approved policy totals will be reflected in the district’s FY 2025–26 insurance budget and procurement records.
