Items on the consent agenda included approval of the Sept. 16 regular meeting minutes; Southwest Legacy High School girls' soccer in the 2026 Gulf Coast Varsity Soccer Tournament and softball in the 2026 Wildcat Classic; Southwest High School boys' soccer in the 2026 Georgetown Governor's Invitational; cross country UIL Regionals and State Meet travel; and a Southwest Legacy NJROTC overnight trip to Houston. The board also approved T-TESS appraisers, final budget amendment #15 for 2024–25, and a 2025–26 memorandum of understanding with TAMUSA La Familia Program.
