During the March 16, 2026 regular meeting, Gallagher and Tim Sellman presented a construction update that included progress on the district's CTE and in-school suspension (ISS) projects. The Technology Director also reported on CTE construction progress during the administrative reports portion of the meeting.
Superintendent Eric Hallmark gave operational updates and a calendar overview: early release for high school on March 26 for District One-Act Play and the high school track meet; Good Friday (April 3) designated as a student holiday; the end of the 5th six-week grading period is April 10; the STAAR/EOC testing window opens April 7; and professional development is scheduled for April 13. Hallmark also reported that the district moved two trailers from the middle school and plans to move a final trailer this month, and that staff will begin planning next year’s budget with a spending cutoff of March 30 for the current school year.
