Student board representative Sonny Calder updated trustees on activities at the district's four school sites, and the St. Helena High School Future Farmers of America officers introduced their program, competitions and student accomplishments. Community presenters outlined the Give BIG! 2025 fundraising campaign and said, "The committee aims to raise $250,000 in donations for the St. Helena Unified School District schools in 2025." The meeting record notes the funds will be divided among the four school sites and the St. Helena Public Schools Foundation.
The board also recognized six classified employees as the district's Classified School Employees of the Year; the honorees listed in the minutes include Niki Meyers (Clerical & Administrative Services), Dave Perry (Custodial & Maintenance Services), Teresa Sepulveda (Food and Nutrition Services), Alicia Guzman (Paraprofessional Services), Aurelia Ramirez (Transportation Services), and Bryce Humphrey (Technical Services). Trustees thanked staff and student groups for their presentations and community efforts.
