Board approves consent agenda, minutes and contracts for November
Summary
The St. Helena Unified board approved a multi-item consent agenda including minutes, field trips, surplus property, the Williams quarterly report, personnel registers and contracts under and over $25,000 in November 2024.
During the Nov. 14 meeting the Governing Board approved routine consent items including minutes from Oct. 10 and Oct. 30, ratification of field trips, surplus property declarations, accounts payable warrant registers, the Williams Uniform Complaint quarterly report, Resolution #24-18 to authorize signatures, and Personnel Register #24-4.
The board approved Contracts under $25,000 in a separate vote (motion by Shawn Moura, second by Jeannie Kerr) and later approved Contracts over $25,000 for November 2024 (motion by Shawn Moura, second by Jeanmarie Wolf). All recorded motions carried unanimously. These approvals were handled under the Consent Agenda and Business Operations portions of the meeting.
