The Saint Helena Unified School District Board of Trustees approved its consent agenda at the April 17 meeting, ratifying minutes from March meetings, field trips, the 2024 Measure B and C bond audit reports, and Personnel Register #24-8. The board also approved revised academic calendars for the 2025–26 and 2026–27 school years and ratified a memorandum of understanding with the California School Employees Association (CSEA) Chapter #287.
The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Trustee Lisa Pelosi and seconded by Trustee Shawn Moura; the board recorded the motion as carried with all five trustees voting in favor. The consent package also included approval of appointment of St. Helena High School representatives to CIF for 2025–26 and the district's list of routine contracts and warrants.
