Robinson ISD board approves $45,000 food-service amendment to replace elementary serving line

The Robinson Independent School District Board of Trustees voted unanimously on Sept. 15 to approve an amendment to the food service fund that will add $45,000 to function 35 to replace the serving line at the elementary school.
The amendment, "Amendment to the food service fund to increase function 35 – food services $45,000 to replace the serving line at the elementary school," was presented by Stacey Proctor. According to the board record, the food service revenue budget remains $1,255,700 and the expenditure budget becomes $1,270,000, producing a net budgeted deficit of $14,300.
Trustee Karrie Crosby moved to approve the amendment and Trustee Jabo Rubin seconded. The motion carried, 7 to 0, with Karrie Crosby, Kacey Darnell, Scott Everett, Keith Helpert, Jabo Rubin, Justin Wiese and Alicia Williams voting yes. No amendments or conditions were recorded. The meeting adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
