Trustee Jeanmarie Wolf requested that the board add an agenda item to report on the 150th Anniversary of St. Helena at a future meeting.
President Lisa Pelosi adjourned the meeting at 8:48 PM; the motion to adjourn was made by Jeannie Kerr and seconded by Laura Symon and carried with unanimous aye votes recorded.
