On motor vehicle light service stations staff explained the ordinance text lists the board of appeals while the table previously listed the council; the committee voted to revert authority to the city council and asked the solicitor to amend section 48‑50 so the text and the table are consistent.
Attorney Garatowski agreed to craft ordinance language to make the table and code consistent and to attach the drafted ordinance to the committee report for full council referral.
