The council reconsidered Item 2 — an ordinance to amend Chapter 9 to establish the Klasky Common Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Overlay District — after Councilor Maria Giesta said she had voted yes in error and asked to change her vote. The motion to reconsider passed, the item was read again for members, and the council voted to adopt the ordinance on reconsideration (roll call 9–2).
The ordinance updates definitions and principal-use and dimensional regulations in appendices A and B. No substantive public testimony was recorded during the session; councilors indicated they had the required materials and that the measure had been before the body previously (2nd reading June 12). The council recorded its vote and the ordinance will proceed per standard adoption procedures.
