Residents press Heritage Pines to remove dead trees, debris near Rolling Hills Loop and Heritage Point Drive

Resident Don Brothers said a tree behind 11453 Heritage Point Drive is an invasive species that was significantly damaged by recent hurricanes and that a previous owner had left a debris pile on CDD land. Supervisor Stephen Putman inspected and photographed the site earlier that morning. The board discussed contractor estimates on the agenda and later approved a $600 stump‑grind specifically for removal behind 11453 Heritage Point Drive, addressing Brothers' concern about that location.
