The Heritage Pines Community Development District on April 15 adopted Resolution 2025‑03 to set a public hearing on its proposed Fiscal Year 2025/2026 operations and maintenance budget for July 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Heritage Pines Country Club meeting room.
District Manager Chuck Adams told supervisors the proposed FY2026 budget is similar to FY2025, with a net reduction of approximately $4,000 in appropriations and an O&M assessment projected to fall by about $2.88 per unit compared with the current year. Chair Kathleen Lonergan presented the resolution and the Board approved it on a unanimous motion by Arthur Rhodes, seconded by Carol Vaughan.
The resolution also directs staff on transmittal, posting and publication requirements under Florida law and specifies the July 15 hearing location and time. Adams said the Board will consider final adoption at that hearing after required public notice.
