Heritage Pines board elects leadership, removes former assistant secretary

The measure removes Janice Benedetti from the board while preserving prior staff appointments, including Craig Wrathell as secretary and treasurer and Chuck Adams as assistant secretary. "On MOTION by Mr. Walsh and seconded by Ms. Vaughan, with all in favor, Resolution 2025-01, Electing, as nominated, and Removing Officers of the District, and Providing for an Effective Date, was adopted," the transcript records.
The action was taken by unanimous voice vote; the resolution leaves several previously made staff and treasurer appointments in place, and the board did not record any roll-call tally in the public minutes.
