Director of Finance Laurie McCann presented the revised 2024–25 budgets and the proposed budgets for 2025–26 across funds including General Fund, Food Service Fund, Childcare Fund, Student Activities Fund, Capital Projects, and Bond funds.
Recorded votes on the June 23 workshop items show unanimous approval (e.g., motion on the 2024–2025 General Fund Revised Budget carried 6–0 with one trustee absent at that meeting). The July 7 packet and the accounts-payable register included totals for recently processed bills (General Fund accounts-payable total shown as $1,220,954.69 and 2023 Bond $178,709.90) as part of routine financial reporting.
Superintendent McKenna told trustees there was no state budget update and that the district expects to present an amended budget for board approval in the fall after state guidance and grant direction are finalized.
