It also notes the final agreement was ratified at a School Board meeting on Oct. 20, 2025 and is signed by Becky Nelson, Board President, and Joseph Setnor, FCTA President. The contract spells out salary ranges, eligibility criteria tied to the Indiana Code 20-28-9-1.5 evaluation system, and multiple benefit and stipend provisions that district staff and teachers will need to implement.
