District staff and contractor representatives updated the board on construction closeout items identified during the 23-month warranty walk. Fransen Pittman and RTA/owner representatives led the walk; the district reported "Major items still outstanding include the sink hole in the parking lot, doors not working properly, and deteriorating concrete by old entrance," and staff said the contractor was working to address those items. The report also listed boiler and HVAC units and ceiling materials in the locker rooms as unresolved; RTA indicated it would not cover the locker-room installation costs.
Staff said Adolphson Peterson's project is nearing completion: the press box and restroom facility received temporary certificates of occupancy and the concession stand was scheduled for a health inspection the same week. The board asked staff to continue tracking warranty items, to verify contractor responsibilities for disputed installation costs, and to report back on timelines for remedial work.
