During the Feb. 10 meeting the board approved its consent agenda after a motion by Lynn Ertle and a second from Patte Smith; the consent agenda included minutes, personnel notices, financial documents and director reports. V. Drake asked J. Torrez to provide a monthly report template formatted like the Moffat principal's report.
Later in the meeting Patte Smith moved (seconded by Lynn Ertle) to approve using at least $1,200 to purchase one book for district students at the book fair; the vote was recorded as Booth, Drake, Eastman, Ertle and Smith ' Aye. The board also set superintendent contract negotiations for Feb. 26 at 4:00 p.m. at the school and asked Lynn and Patte to email the board with negotiation results.
