The minutes note the district's depository relationship with Prosperity Bank and use of Texpool for TEA funds.
The board also acknowledged personnel hires and accepted resignations submitted by the superintendent, and approved the Jan. 19, 2026 board minutes. Trustee Sam P. Lankford made the motion to approve the consent agenda; Trustee Israel Ethan Garza seconded and the motion passed 7–0.
