Select Board approves routine permits, weight permits and agreements

At its April 7 meeting the Select Board approved the annual town highway financial plan, multiple excess weight permits, a rustproofing hold-harmless agreement, liquor licenses and conditionally approved an itinerant vendor permit (insurance certificate required).
The Londonderry Select Board completed a block of routine actions including adoption of the annual Town Highway financial plan pursuant to 10 VSA §306(g)(a), approval of multiple excess weight permits for local carriers, approval of an annual rustproofing release and hold harmless agreement, and licensing approvals for several businesses.
Separately, the board conditionally approved an itinerant vendor permit for Smokin' Bowls LLC (Green Mountain Therapeutics) for April 19 on the condition that the vendor provide a certificate of insurance. Motions to approve liquor licenses for Mike and Tammy's Main Street Deli & Market and Solo Farm & Table also passed by voice vote. "I move to adopt and execute the annual financial plan for town highways pursuant to 10 VSA section 306ga," a member said during the financial-plan motion.
