Commissioner Justin Ballard moved and Commissioner Maureen Helmuth seconded approval of the April 15 agenda; the motion carried 4-0. The commission also approved prior meeting minutes by the same vote.
With no further business listed under Old Business or public comment, Chairman Scott Flynn called for adjournment at 7:18 p.m. The adjournment motion by Helmuth and Ballard passed unanimously. Recording Secretary Vickie Hauff signed the minutes as submitted.
