Planning board adds fire‑plan requirement to Jones Creek approval

Planning Director Carl Hamming and Planner Gayla Hess said they had discussed driveway lengths, turnarounds and other access measures with the fire chief and felt those issues could be addressed in a plan. The board adopted the amended motion and forwarded the recommendation to the County Commission.
