A committee member asked whether the inner circle marked on the drawing was a road; staff explained, "that's where all of the utilities will go, and I do believe they have a private drive that would be in that area." The chair noted the central area was familiar, saying, "That's the baseball diamond," illustrating commissioners' need to see the conditional-use permit map alongside a bare-bones final plat.
A commissioner moved to approve the final plat, another seconded, and the commission approved it by voice vote. Staff also told commissioners that in the future they will provide the conditional-use permit map along with similar plats to help visualize building placement.
