FinCom backs harbor and public-safety Embarkation warrant articles, postpones harbor storage building

The Lagoon Pond Landing restroom item for $3,000 was also recommended.
FinCom postponed an $18,000 Harbor Department storage building article and asked whether all interested partners and the new Harbormaster were coordinated and aware of a Master Plan relocation of harbor buildings already sent to the state. Members asked for confirmation before moving the storage-building ask forward.
