The commission unanimously confirmed appointments of administrators, executors and similar roles that had been made by the county clerk during the commission's vacation period; the confirmations were made on motion of Commissioner Roger Dahmer.
Commissioners approved a set of exonerations for named taxpayers (amounts ranged from $4.07 to $1,629.62) and ordered allowances and payments from multiple funds. The minutes list General County Fund checks Nos. 36855–36913 totaling $282,073.63; 911 Fund checks Nos. 4667–4673 totaling $4,825.51; and smaller payments from coal severance, dog fund, parks and recreation, and the community building fund.
On motion of Commissioner Dahmer, vote unanimous, the Commission adjourned until Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2026.
