Public Works asks for increases to sidewalk pressure‑washing, curbs and landscaping lines

"We were wanting to pressure clean all of our curbs," the director said, explaining that adding curb lines improved the city's level of service.
Commissioners pressed staff for transparency and asked for a report showing where pressure‑washing was performed in FY25 and which streets will be covered going forward. The mayor and other commissioners requested a line‑by‑line justification for miscellaneous increases so residents and the commission can see how prior funds were used; staff committed to returning with specifics.
