Presenter (speaker 7) said the supplemental agreement "was really, what we wanted to do was be able to extend the agreement so that if the Carson National Forest extends their prescribed fire season, that we'll be able to participate in that." Commissioners moved to approve the supplemental project agreement and the motion carried by roll-call.
Staff framed the item as procedural authorization to keep the county eligible to join extended seasonal burn operations with the Forest Service when schedules change.
