County signs maintenance agreement for new traffic signals; county to assume upkeep

Deborah said the county "will be resuming the maintenance and repairs after that is placed," and commissioners voted to approve the memorandum of agreement. Staff described the present agreement as a replacement/renewal of an earlier lighting agreement because DOT is replacing existing infrastructure.
