Teachers' association asks to be partners and flags board capacity concerns

Steven Fackenthal, a music teacher at Ritchie Elementary and president of the Red Clay Education Association, urged the board to include teachers and the association as partners in the superintendent search and to work collaboratively with the next superintendent. "I am just hopeful that there is an opportunity, a seat for us to be, partners in this process," he said.
