The Zoning Board of Adjustment elected leadership for the remainder of the 2026 calendar year, naming the current vice chair to serve as chairwoman and electing a vice chair in subsequent nominations.
During nominations the current vice chair said, "I am currently serving as vice chair, and if you need me to, I can do either of those roles," and a board member responded, "I would like to nominate you, madam vice chair, to serve as our chairwoman for the remainder of the calendar year." That nomination was seconded and approved by voice vote.
Nominations for vice chair followed and members confirmed the candidate by voice vote; the board recorded the officer elections as unanimous (7-0). The chair then moved the meeting to the next agenda item.
